CORPORATE HISTORY

Andrews & Company, Inc. [ A&CI ] is a corporation duly existing by and virtue of Philippine laws. It was originally incorporated in September of 1980 under the name of Andrews Construction Corporation. Its primary line of business is the architectural design and construction of buildings, factories, residential homes, southern homes, modern homes and all-concrete log homes.

In its over 40 years of existence, A&CI has designed and constructed numerous buildings, factories, residential homes, southern homes, modern homes and all concrete log homes adhering to the highest standards of quality at an affordable cost. It also has invented and patented its own building components consisting of lightweight, economical and durable pre-fabricated concrete panels for walls, floors and roofs which can be erected in a short period of time as compared to conventional construction. These pre-fabricated panels have been successfully used for medium rise housing units up to five storeys in height for the Philippine National Housing Authority as well as for the Armed Forces of the Philippines.

The architectural department of A&CI also has an impressive list of building design achievements. These include the 27 storey El Tower building located in Makati City and the 46 storey Summit One building located in Mandaluyong City.

A&CI has also designed and constructed some of the finest homes in this country mostly located at the Ayala Alabang Village in Muntinlupa City but in other locations as well such as the Corinthian Gardens in Quezon City.
